Pastuso is a Peruvian bar and grill restaurant located on AC/DC Lane that specialises in Peruvian food cultivated by head chef Dwi Ayu. Not only does this restaurant stand out due to its vibrant Chicha Street art and sleek table service but its food takes you on a journey through Peru’s diverse and beautiful food and culture. Diners can choose to sit at the bar for drinks and snacks or in the main dining room where they can catch a glimpse of their food being crafted. Some standouts that we indulged in were the red snapper ceviche, the charcoal grilled octopus, the Peruvian-style seafood rice and the lamb rump with salsa verde. There is also a bar dedicated to Pisco, a Peruvian grape spirit but also serves other cocktails like Sangria. If you want to be transported to South America, look no further than Pastuso.
